XingYuan has manufactured thousands of components and has a vast storehouse of knowledge with respect to strength, vibration, thermal management (heat sinks) design, material selections, fastening, part combinations and assembly. We can also assist in CFD and CAE analysis of your components and final GDT and creation of the prints for manufacture.

The highest quality linear motor driven CNC's are used to create the complex
part geometry along with sinker and wire EDM machines.

XingYuan's CNC production department includes 48 machines,
utilizing four and five axis machining on Fanuc, HAAS and Mazak.
In total producing over 5,000,000 components per year.
